1. What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is unprocessed human hair which is collected from a
single person. It is hair that has not been damaged by perms, dye,
or bleach.
2. What is Remy hair?
Remy hair is collected in a manner that keeps all of the strands in
one direction from root to tip. Remy hair extensions are stronger,
healthier and tangle free as compared to non-Remy hair. This hair
may have undergone a process for texture. This hair can be used for
multiple installations.
3. Will the hair look natural?
Yes, it will look natural because it is 100% natural virgin Remy
human hair.
4. Will the hair look exactly like the hair in the picture?
The picture is to give an idea of our hair's texture. There will be
slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair
featured in the photo. There will be slight variations in color and
texture between each bundle, for they each are from a different
donor.
5. Can the hair be dyed?
All of our hair products can be colored or lightened. We recommend
you to make a colored test on a swatch of hair first to see how
your new color will look.
6. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
It could be caused by dry hair. Pls. make sure to wash & condition
your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the
hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further
suggestions.
7. How long does it last?
How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it
like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally
it could last longer than 1 year.
8. How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning
and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after
pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair
will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will
show black smoke.
Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends.
It is normal and not a quality problem..
9. Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play
sports with my new extensions?
Your new hair will look as fabulous wet as real hair does, and the
extension will not show in water. You can wash and style your
extensions exactly as you would your own hair (do be a little
gentler). Extensive water exposure will loosen bonding though-so
dry carefully after. If you swim a lot, I recommend you wear a swim
cap.
10. Does it hurt? Will it pull my hair out?
No. The Extensions artist will put the tracks firmly but
comfortably. The tension should be even all over your head with no
points pulling or hurting. You will know you have something on your
head for the first day or two but after that you won't even feel
that they are there.
